IT Support Engineer, AV Support, £30k

IT Support Engineer is required by a company within the legal sector, located in close proximity to Blackfriars Station and paying up to £30k The Company, who have a presence throughout the UK, are seeking an enthusiastic individual to deal with BAU and AV Support. You will be the first point of contact for all issues into the service desk, required to act quickly to troubleshoot and resolve the issue before escalation.

The organisation embrace training programs for new starters, implementing a clear training plan to help you progress however, a solid understanding of the fundamentals of service desk support is required. Suitable candidates will have an understanding of Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, AV support and hardware fundamentals, but most importantly be adaptable and have the ability to perform in a high pressured environment.
