IT Support Engineer

2nd Line/3rd Line Service Desk Technician paying up to £45k is required to join the IT team within a fast paced manufacturing company based in Watford. You will be responsible of providing end-user support over the telephone, remotely, via email and face-to-face, installing, updating, maintaining and supporting various software applications.

Successful candidates for this 2nd Line/3rd Line Service Desk Technician must have experience with supporting Windows OS, diagnosing and solving hardware faults, Azure, Active Directory, Office365 Admin is crucial, as is an understanding of TCP/IP Networking and experience of setting up, troubleshooting and support.

  • Powershell or similar programming languages

  • Virtulisation (HyperV or VMWare)
  • Endpoint Security
