Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Consultant to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and optimising ServiceNow GRC solutions, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and customise ServiceNow applications and facilitate integrations with other systems.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for GRC processes and workflows.
• Conduct user training and support post-implementation to ensure seamless adoption.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for GRC processes and configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow GRC and related technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow GRC Consultant with a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow GRC modules and experience with their implementation and configuration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• ServiceNow certifications in GRC or related areas are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
