ServiceNow ITOM Architect

Linking Humans is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect. We specialise in ServiceNow recruitment, connecting top talent with leading organisations. Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team and play a key role in their IT Operations Management (ITOM) strategy.  This is a contract role for 6 months, with possibility of extension. Fully remote working. 

Role Overview:

As a ServiceNow ITOM Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ITOM solutions to ensure the efficient operation of IT services and infrastructure. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective ITOM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow and its ITOM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ITOM solutions using ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain ITOM workflows and automation.
• Provide expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
• Ensure ITOM solutions are aligned with industry best practices and organisational standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ITOM and ServiceNow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an ITOM Architect, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules and their implementation.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow ITOM are a plus.
