ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant

Are you a Senior Technical Consultant specialising in ServiceNow and seeking an exciting new role? Look no further!

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, serving as a trusted advisor and overseeing all technical aspects of ServiceNow projects to ensure high customer satisfaction. You will also mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with a robust portfolio of successful projects.
  • In-depth expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management development, configuration, and integration.
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • ServiceNow Certifications (ITSM or CSM) are highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in an agile/scrum environment.

This fantastic role offers a salary range of £60,000 - £70,000, dependent on experience, and comes with an excellent benefits package, including private healthcare, hybrid working, and 25 days of annual leave.
