The successful candidate will play a crucial role in client communication, meeting preparation, and data management, ensuring the smooth operation of our Account Management processes.

Client Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for a set list of clients regarding administrative and follow-up matters
• Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication with clients 

Meeting Management:

• Record all actions from Account Management meetings accurately into the Hive system
• Assign actions to the correct department and follow up to ensure completion and deadlines are met
• Prepare for client meetings by gathering necessary website performance data and materials, particularly from the SEO team 

Administrative Support:

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently
• Support the Account Management team with general administrative tasks as required

Learning and Development:

• Engage actively in the apprenticeship program, attending all required training sessions and completing coursework on time.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to developing skills and knowledge in business analysis and account management.
