Structuring Analytics Apprentice

Assist the team in managing multiple transactions to meet client requirements within deadlines and deliver a consistent high level of service to clients whilst adhering to policies and procedures.
Meeting commitments, working independently and as part of a team, taking accountability, staying focused under pressure as well as showing the ability to adjust plans to meet changing needs.

• Assist in performing on-going transaction management from deal closure to maturity (asset surveillance)
• Support in the assessment of event driven requests (waivers/amendments/variations) and preparation of credit papers for submission to the client for approval
• Collecting, recording and analysing borrower reports (financial statements, covenants etc.)
• Support in the set up and the regular update of covenant compliance models
• Assisting in the regular borrower covenant test result verifications
• Support in the onboarding of new transactions and the maintenance of the internal system of record
• Assist in undertaking annual portfolio reviews and preparing papers for submission to the client for approval
• Support for the legal signing process of documents
• Co-ordinate and minute borrower meetings/calls and other borrower communication

• English GCSE or equivalent, grade 4 or above (Essential)
