Valuation Apprentice

Assist in managing multiple transactions to meet deadlines and deliver a consistent high level of service to clients whilst adhering to policies and procedures.

Meeting commitments, working independently and as part of a team, taking accountability, staying focused under pressure as well as showing the ability to adjust plans to meet changing needs.

• Supporting the team in the process of ongoing valuation mandates with a focus on infrastructure finance (renewable energy), private equity/venture capital, consumer loans
• Supporting with on-boarding of new transactions and assisting on existing valuation mandates
• Learning to analyse large datasets by using MS-Excel and existing database functionalities
• Learning to understand and to interpret the valuation methodologies with the aim to draw conclusions on the change of input parameters changing the results
• Importing data, setting-up or selecting queries to prepare valuations
• Running the valuation and preparing the valuation reports with support of Team Members (as appropriate) and learning to manage the complete valuation process
• Managing the regular review of the existing financial models and updating respective documentation
• Supporting the team to enhance, automate, extend and testing (as required) financial model changes and updating the respective documentation.

• English GCSE or equivalent, grade 4 or above (Essential)
• Maths GCSE or equivalent, grade 6 or above (Essential)
