Are you a 2nd Line Support Engineer and looking for a new role?
 
We are in the market on behalf of a global client who are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide onsite support at locations in Central London.
This role requires an ambitious support professional who is driven by the resolution of technical issues across a variety of complexities/technologies. You'll possess a broad understanding of the Microsoft stack covering the below:
  • Windows Server
  • Exchange
  • Active Directory
  • O365/M365
  • Azure
  • Server and Network technologies
You must be willing to be onsite up to 5 days a week in Central London due to the nature of the role. The position requires previous 2nd Line level support experience alongside a proven background in high-level customer service.
