Previous customer-facing MSP / Microsoft Partner experience preferred!

A leading Microsoft Partner is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer - M365, PowerShell, Intune, Endpoint to join their busy support team.

As a 3rd Line Support Engineer - M365, PowerShell, Intune, Endpoint you need to have supported at 3rd Line the following:

• M365 - Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive etc...
• PowerShell
• Veeam 
• Intune
• Previous MSP / Partner experience preferred.

As a 3rd Line Support Engineer - M365, PowerShell, Intune, Endpoint you will be based from home supporting external customers.  In this role, you are the final point of escalation: when not supporting you will be seeking to increase the efficiency of the team through automation and management.
