Main duties of the job

We are seeking a General Manager who is approachable and personable, with proven experience in leadership and team management, to nurture and guide a brand new team in this newly established region. You will serve as the principal CQC Registered Manager and the Controlled Drugs Accountable Officer for the Treatment Centre.

It should be noted that this role is not a work at home or hybrid working position there is a requirement for the successful applicant to be onsite full time and travel to the Reading centre will also be expected.

*Healthcare experience is not a requisite for this role

Key experience required

Essential
  • Demonstrated a consistent history of patient/client/customer focused leadership
  • Proven ability in fostering, nurturing, and unlocking the potential of colleagues.
  • Established a track record of crafting and achieving results and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment, respecting and collaborating with all individuals equally, and with a commitment to overcome bias and prejudice
  • Make sound service delivery decisions
  • Effective IT skills, MS/Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint or equivalent
