About the Employer

MYCOPLASMA EXPERIENCE LTD
We are the only UK company specialising in Mycoplasmology (Mycoplasma Bacteria). The Company was founded in 1988 by David and Helena Windsor (Director). We are a small microbiology lab that specializes in Mycoplasma bacteria with a team of 4 technical staff and 2/3 admin staff. The company is situated on a small business park that used to be a working farm so whilst driving is not essential, it is the best way to gain access. There is a bus stop 10-15 minutes away down a countryside footpath. There are two main areas to our work. Production of media that is ideal for culturing mycoplasmas which we get orders for, and testing (both culture and PCR) in-house of customer samples using the media.
