About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM & Business Analyst to join a leading organisation in financial services. In this role, you will manage and enhance a highly customised Zoho CRM platform, providing valuable insights to drive customer engagement, sales output, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM Optimisation: Manage and maintain CRM data integrity, workflows, and customisations.
• Data Analysis: Develop and deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and visualisations to track KPIs and business metrics.
• Strategic Projects: Lead initiatives to improve CRM functionality, optimise business processes, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and develop data-driven strategies.

Projects You'll Be Involved In

• Creating a Commission Forecasting Model to enhance revenue predictions.
• Implementing AI-driven solutions to analyse and classify customer interactions.
• Designing dashboards to optimise Google ad spend and marketing ROI.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in data or business analysis, with strong CRM expertise.
• Proven expertise in data analysis, report generation, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Power BI).
• Development experience with JavaScript or Python, with the ability to create CRM functions.
• Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights clearly.
