Salary: £100,000 - £110,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project leadership: Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion
• Build and lead: Spearhead the growth and evolution of their Salesforce practice, aligning it with client needs and business objectives
• Solution design & architecture: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across various clouds ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

About you:

• You are client-focused, skilled in managing relationships and guiding clients toward successful Salesforce adoption and maximising the value of their investment
• Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design, with expertise across multiple Salesforce products
• Proven history of leading and mentoring development teams, ensuring best practices in both technical design and delivery
• Experience in large, complex Salesforce implementations, including multi-org setups
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
