Solution Architect

Solution Architects needed for large scale digital transformation, focused on different domains but sharing common responsibilities, best practice and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to shape roadmaps and understand the business trajectory over the next few years.
• Commercial Understanding: Analyse and shape commercial aspects as projects near kickoff.
• Task Management: Oversee task management and ensure timely completion of objectives.
• Enterprise Architecture: Utilise your enterprise architecture experience to guide project development.
• Contractor Management: Manage contractors and serve as the QA point for their deliverables.
• Program Experience: Apply your experience from large-scale programs to drive success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and roadmap development.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and commercial considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks effectively.
• Experience in enterprise architecture and managing contractors.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Maximo, EAM, GIS, SAP, Data, AI, ML
• Experience with large transformation programs
• Excellent outward-facing communication skills

Preferred Attributes:

• Ability to operate in a non-technical specialist capacity as well as having a strong technical appreciation
• Previous experience in managing and shaping large-scale enterprise programs
