Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen market presence.
• Develop the marketing strategy for both UK and international markets.
• Manage a marketing team of 3.
• Conduct market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements.
• Coordinate with other department heads to align strategies and achieve business goals.
• Evaluate marketing campaign's effectiveness and report on key outcomes.
• Guide the marketing team, driving performance and fostering a positive and creative work environment.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-efficiency.
• Represent the company at industry events and public meetings.

Profile

A successful Head of Marketing - Saas, should have:

• Experience working within the Saas industry is essential.
• Team management experience is essential.
• Experience working on international and UK campaigns.
• Ability to demonstrate examples of working with direct customers, and re-sellers.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is ideal, but not essential.
• Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a customer-centric approach.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
