- Lead the talent acquisition team, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their recruitment needs
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to on boarding
- Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talents
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations
- Manage and optimise the use of recruitment systems and platforms
- Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Profile
A successful Head of TA should have:
- Experience leading a talent acquisition team
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and practices
- Proficiency in HR software and platforms
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
