Description
- The IT Desktop Support Analyst role will provide first-line and second-line support to internal users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Escalate complex IT issues to senior team members as needed.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of PCs, laptops and peripheral devices.
- Install and configure new IT equipment and software.
- Contribute to IT-related projects and initiatives.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Assist in training staff on the use of software and hardware.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
Profile
As the successful candidate for the IT Desktop Support Analyst role, you should have experience at a 2nd Line level in:
- Windows 11
- Office365
- Active Directory
- PC/laptop break-fix
- SCCM and/or InTune
In addition, you will ideally have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A customer-focused approach, with the ability to explain technical information in a non-technical way.
