Technical Apprentice
Role
As a Technical Trainee you will shadow and support the Technical Manager, you will, with support from the architectural team provide architectural design services and solutions on individual projects, present proposals and provide working drawings using CAD.
You will also work towards a nationally recognised degree-level qualification in Design and Construction Management.
- Providing support in the form of CAD drawings and details to production teams for use on site
- Provide appropriate drawings and details with support from the architectural team for use by the sales team for brochure production and on-site usage.
- To assist site managers by addressing and where appropriate, answering development queries (or by seeking support from the architectural team)
- Providing appropriate drawings and details, with support from the architectural team, to the commercial team to assist the procurement process
- Provide supporting information to secure the discharge of planning conditions and track progress of applications in support of the architectural team
- Monitor and routinely update the wider team in terms of National House Building Council (NHBC) condition status in relation to CMLs
