And right now, we’re looking for a Data Community Manager. Based at our Stoke Poges location, you will be instrumental to driving a data and analytics transformation across Urenco.

What will your day look like?

• Being accountable for the creation of the data community, keeping it engaged and for increasing data fluency across the organisation
• Contributing towards Data & Analytics strategy, policies and procedures
• Making strategic decisions for own functional area
• Creation of content, policies, procedures, and work instructions

What do you need to be great at this role?

• As a dynamic Data Community Manager, you will have:
• Demonstrable experience in community building, change management, or organisational development
• A good understanding of data and analytics frameworks and their applications in business
• Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of driving organisational change and achieving results in complex, cross-functional environments
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning, able to identify opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to drive business impact
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Annual leave of 27 days per annum.
• A generous bonus scheme based on achievement of personal and company objectives.
