NEMS has an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator support the Clinical Management Team!
Details:
Pay:£12.30 per hour
Hours:16 hours per week
Shifts: preferably across 3 days
e.g. 3 days per week
Tuesday 09:00-15:00 - Platform One (Station Street)
Thursday 09:00-14:00 - Queens Medical Centre (Derby Road)
Friday 09:00-14:00 - Queens Medical Centre (Derby Road)
Main duties of the job
Here are the key parts of the role:
Administrative support
- Minute taking in meetings
- Training and clinical education paperwork preparation
- Printing paperwork (e.g. for interviews, forms for clinical staff)
- Scanning paperwork
- Filing paperwork
Diary Management support for
- Recruitment
- Inductions
- Clinical management meetings
Data entry
- Regarding breaches with operational manager (performance of services)
- Safeguarding & Auditing
- Script Filing and data input (Medicine administration)
Misc. Housekeeping
- Filing
- Topping up paperwork

Job responsibilities
The post holder is responsible for providing administrative support to the NEMS Clinical Management Team. The CMT Administrator will also support the clinical educator to assist with coordination of the clinical educational programme.

Qualifications
- GCSE grade A* to C in English and Maths
- Administration Qualification
Experience
- Experience as an Administrator
- Experience in a Healthcare setting
