Tunbridge wells - Hybrid ( 1 day in office every 2 weeks)

My client are looking to recruit a Systems Manager who will be part of their Parking and Payroll team who will project manage their parking and payroll systems, handling improvements and upgrades ensuring they are compliant for tendering and procurement processing and managing current contracts. You will be given complete autonomy over this role and how you can improve these aspects.

Duties of the Systems Manager;

- Develop projects to develop, improve and upgrade financial, payroll and parking systems.

- Work with the procurement team to understand budgets and put a report together on how these new systems will keep the organisation safe from hackers.

- Analysing data to drive strategy and efficiency and creating new systems for urgent demand.

- Develop in-house solutions to avoid consultancy costs.

- Lead and manage a small team of officers and enhance their skills and training.

Requirements of the Systems Manager:

- 5 years experience in project managing technical systems.

- System Integration experience and Data analysis.

- SQL, Excel, Power BI and Python experience.

- Experience managing a small team.
