IT Support Analyst

Role: IT Support Analyst 

Locarion: North-West (Remote)

Salary: £27,000 - £33,000

Due to continued success I'm not looking for x2 experienced IT Support Analyst's to join the team.

Responsibilities: 

• As the IT Support Analyst you will provide excellent support to clients in varied sectors. 
• Ensure issues are resolved in a timley manner in line with agreed SLA's.
• Clear communicator between internal and external users. 
• Review and keep triage notes up to date. 
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the market. 
• Adhere to continous improvement culture and add value wherever possible when making reccomendations etc.. 
• Look to obtain Azure and Microsoft certifications.
