Job Title: 2nd Line Support Technician
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
- Assist with IT equipment and system setup/maintenance
- Escalate complex issues to 3rd line support
- Document support activities and resolutions
- Collaborate to improve processes and service delivery
- Ensure client satisfaction
Technologies:
- Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019
- Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, Azure
- VMware, Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Endpoint security solutions (antivirus, firewalls)
- Backup and recovery tools (Veeam, Altaro)
Requirements:
- 2+ years in 2nd line support
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and servers
- Experience with Office 365 and Azure
- Hardware/software troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, ITIL) a plus
