Position : Service Desk Analyst
Location : Middlesbrough
Salary : £23,000
Monday-Friday 37.5 (Early Friday finish)

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- 2 years' experience working in a service environment
- Provide 1st line technical experience
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, 10 & 11
- Experience using Microsoft Active Directory
- Understanding of LAN / WAN / TCPIP
- Microsoft Office 365 experience
- Microsoft Office Admin Centre
- Experience Supporting Microsoft Teams
- Basic Understanding of Powershell preferred
- Confident telephone manner
- A keen interest in IT
- Communication and time keeping skills
