Dynamics Developer - Cross-training

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated .NET and C# developer to join our team at a leading Microsoft Partner, with a unique opportunity to cross-train in Dynamics CRM. As a client-facing consultant, you will work closely with our clients to implement and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, leveraging your development expertise in .NET and C# to customize and extend the platform.
This is an exciting role for someone looking to expand their skillset into the Dynamics 365 ecosystem and transition into a consultative, client-facing position. You will receive comprehensive training in Microsoft Dynamics CRM while continuing to build on your strong software development foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client-Facing Consultation: Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate these into Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Development and Customization: Utilize your .NET and C# expertise to customize and extend Dynamics CRM using Microsoft Power Platform and associated technologies.
- Solution Implementation: Assist in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a team of experienced consultants and developers to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
- Training & Learning: Participate in an extensive training program to gain in-depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM, focusing on both technical and functional aspects.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in .NET and C#: Strong background in .NET development with solid experience in C# programming.
- Familiarity with Databases: Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server) and data modeling principles.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with learning new technologies and adapting quickly to new platforms and tools.
- Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to undergo training and gain certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to the London office
Desirable Skills (Not Required):
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience in consulting or working directly with clients in a business environment.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
