Power BI Developer - London - £85,000

I am working with a hugely successful and growing organisation based in London who are looking for a Power BI Developer to join their team. In this role you will take responsibility for the reporting suite across the business working closely with high level stakeholders in different departments.

The organisation have invested heavily in its data platform which is hosted in Azure and you will have the opportunity to work with the Azure tech stack to further supplement your reporting expertise. You will work as part of a collaborative team to enable to organisation to become truly data driven!

As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas.

• Create custom visualisations using Power BI to deliver data to multiple business units
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders, translating into technical requirements before briefing the wider team
• Extract raw data from various data points before transforming ready for visualisations using both SQL and DAX

This is a hybrid role where you will work from the organisations London office twice per week, with the other 3 days spent working remotely. This is a full-time, permanent position paying up to £85,000 per annum depending on experience. There is also a huge focus placed on training and development. Each member of the team will be working towards a personalised development plan in order for them to reach their goals and you will work closely with your line manager to agree your own goals.

To be successful in the role you will have.

• Strong SQL experience to extract and transform data
• Experience using Power BI to create, develop and maintain reporting suites
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data transformation
• Experience working in an Azure environment would be beneficial
