Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, providing expert guidance on the capabilities and benefits of Microsoft Business Central.
• Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions to ensure clients fully leverage the platform.
• Collaborate with project teams to design, configure, and implement Business Central solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, helping to shape client solutions and proposals.
• Act as a subject matter expert, keeping up to date with the latest product features and industry trends.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation to ensure continued success and optimization of the platform.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Consultant or Functional Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of Business Central modules
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience working within a Microsoft Partner environment is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
