We are currently looking for an M365 Desktop Image Specialist to join a dynamic team within a European institution based in Luxembourg. Here are some details about the position:

Client: European Institution in Luxembourg
Work Mode: Hybrid, with 2-3 days onsite per week
Duration: 1 year with the possibility of extension
Languages Required: English
Nationality: Open to EU and non-EU candidates

As an M365 Specialist, you will:

• Drive the adoption of M365-based modern workplace technologies
• Design, plan, develop, and implement solutions within the M365 portfolio of services
• Provide hands-on support for MDM/Intune and M365
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring IT security standards compliance
• Collaborate with the team to analyze information, define and prioritize requirements, and evaluate potential solutions

What makes you a great fit for the role:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in professional experience
• Five or more years of experience in a business analysis position relevant to the tasks described
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in M365 (administration, configuration, design, deployment)
• Strong communication skills in English
• A collaborative and proactive approach with a hands-on attitude

Additional skills that would be a plus:

• General knowledge of networking and ICT infrastructure and systems
• Experience as a technology expert in any of the following areas: Mobile Device and Workplace Management, User Identity Management, Information Protection and Governance, or Collaboration and Communication
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Previous experience in an EU institution
• Capability to work in an international/multicultural environment
