Are you an IT professional looking for your next challenge? We’re on the hunt for a contract IT Operator to support our fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and infrastructure. If you thrive on problem-solving, love working with cutting-edge technology, and want to make a real impact, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing hands-on IT support (Windows 10/11, Office 365, networks, printers, and more)
• Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and security systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently
• Assisting in IT projects covering networks, backup solutions, Active Directory, and cybersecurity
• Managing IT inventory and ensuring systems are deployed securely

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of IT support experience (bonus if in financial services)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server & Desktop environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022)
• Experience with network troubleshooting (switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Mandarin language skills a plus
