Role Overview: We are seeking either a hands-on Senior or a Lead Developer with a strong background in Ruby. In this role, you will work with a talented team of developers, drive the development of high-quality software solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of our technology stack and mentoring junior developers.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Mentor and coach junior developers to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Developer with expertise in Ruby.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
