Business Analyst - Front Office Project (Endur ETRM)

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst (BA) to lead the front office project team for our Endur ETRM system implementation. In this critical role, you will be the interface between trading staff, operations, and IT, ensuring a successful project lifecycle from planning to deployment.

Responsibilities:

Lead the front office project team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Conduct in-depth analysis to gather, document, and refine business requirements for the Endur implementation.
Play an active role in configuring Endur workflows, optimizing them for efficiency and user experience.
Participate in the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and support.
Partner with IT to ensure successful user acceptance testing (UAT) and organize Endur training sessions for end users.
Manage Endur enhancements, identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering strategic analysis with best practice insights.
Maintain comprehensive product and project documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Provide knowledge transfer through documentation and training to empower users with the new system.
Qualifications:

Proven experience with OpenLink's Endur ETRM system (minimum 2 years).
Experienced BA with a strong toolbox for facilitating requirement capture, analysis, and design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise across diverse teams and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
Deep understanding of energy trading operations and risk management, with a focus on trading and front office processes.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Experience with team facilitation and agile project delivery methodologies a plus.
Technical Skills:

Experience with SQL and reporting tools.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Exposure to Devops and CI/CD principles beneficial.
Certification in business analysis or related disciplines (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) a plus.
