Help build intelligent solutions utilising your Dynamics 365 expertise. This opportunity operates on translating business and technical requirements into functional applications, developing proof of concepts, configuring, and customising Dynamics 365 modules, and supporting system integrations and migrations.

Responsibilities:

• Translate requirements into functional applications.
• Develop proof of concepts and assist with integration testing.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service).
• Conduct user training and support Dynamics 365 adoption.
• Participate in system testing, data migration, and deployment.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, preferably in legal or professional services.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, system integration, data migration, and testing.
• Experience of migrating legacy CRM data to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Experience with Universal Resource Scheduling, IntroHive, and Peppermint CRM solutions (preferred).
