Location: Northampton (UK)

Work pattern: Hybrid (1-2 days in office)

Salary: Negotiable (circa £45k-£50k)

Platform recruitment are currently partnered with an exciting start up operating in Embedded technologies for surveillence and general markets, that are currently on the search for a highly motivated Embedded Software Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will involve developing real time embedded software applications using C++, as well as running under Linux

Key deliverables include:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in embedded systems development in a product development team.
• Expertise in Embedded C and C++ with multi-threading.
• Experience with Python. 

Good to have:

• Experience working using RTOS.
• Knowledge of vision based products
• Confident self starter, independent worker

Further information:

This role is hybrid with the possibility of remote work, and a high priority. Our client is open with salary depending on experience, as well as offering 28 days holiday
