We’re recruiting for a prominent organization seeking a driven and dynamic Business Manager/Engagement Lead to support their COO in delivering impactful initiatives across diversity & inclusion, corporate social responsibility, and high-profile internal events like town hall meetings. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on a broad spectrum of strategic projects that impact all levels of the business.

The role:

As the Business Manager/Engagement Lead, you will be a trusted partner to the COO, playing a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and success of various initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization's culture and operational effectiveness. This role demands a proactive self-starter who is comfortable navigating complex projects and is adept at building strong relationships across departments.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Partner with the COO to lead and coordinate projects on Diversity & Inclusion, CSR, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, team leads, and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Communication: Serve as a central communication point for the COO’s initiatives, crafting clear and engaging messages tailored to various audiences within the organization.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and drive creative solutions to ensure projects and initiatives are completed successfully.
  • Event Management: Assist in organizing and managing company-wide events, including town hall meetings and engagement activities, delivering high-quality, seamless experiences.
  • Strategic Insight: Offer insights and recommendations to improve processes and engagement outcomes, especially in initiatives where technology plays a key role.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport across all levels of the business.
  • Proficient in delivering complex information in a clear and approachable manner, whether through presentations, reports, or in meetings.
  • Solution-oriented with a track record of successfully managing and resolving project-related challenges.
  • Previous experience in financial services is highly desirable, alongside an understanding of the unique dynamics of technology-driven departments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
