IT Support Engineer
IT Support Engineer / Serivce Desk Support Engineer (2nd & 3rd Line)
As a Support Engineer will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on.
You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business, and have a passion for solving problems.
Our IT Support Engineers are an integral member of our team and are involved influencing the support of sophisticated solutions and ensuring their robustness. This is a superb time to join and be part of our growth.
You will have:
- Soid experience as an IT Support Engineer within an MSP environment (Essential)
- Experience in working to SLA’s .
- Experience of supporting multi-site clients.
- 2nd - 3rd Line Support is essential.
- A valid UK Driving License.
Desirable experience/qualifications:
- Any Microsoft certification (MCSA, MCSE, VMware etc.)
- Network Support (Ideally comprehensive Cisco Networking tools)

- Office 365 / O365
- Citrix and Hyper-V
- Handheld device support
- Windows Server
- Active Directory / AD
- MS Exchange
- Firewalls
- Network Support
