We are seeking a proactive and data-driven E-commerce and Digital Marketing Professional to join my client  on a 12-month maternity cover. As a key member of the team, you will oversee e-commerce operations, manage Google Ads campaigns (especially Performance Max), and lead SEO, content, and digital PR strategies. This role requires experience in managing paid media, collaborating with third-party SEO agencies, and optimising website content and performance to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
• Plan, implement, and optimise Google Ads campaigns with a focus on Performance Max.
• Manage SEO strategies and collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO actions.
• Lead content creation, digital PR, and brand marketing initiatives to engage customers and improve organic visibility.
• Track and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate across teams to align marketing efforts with real-time stock availability.

Essential Skills:

• Proven expertise in Google Ads, particularly Performance Max campaigns.
• Experience managing SEO strategies and working with third-party agencies.
• Strong proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Strong organisational skills and experience in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills at senior management levels.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Mailchimp or Meta Business Suite.
