Development Team Leader / Manager required by successful software house in Northampton to lead a team of Developers.

My client is looking for a dynamic and technical leader who excels in problem-solving and possesses strong communication skills, along with a genuine enthusiasm for mentoring more junior developers. A solid grasp of software development principles and best practices is essential, as is the ability to connect technical solutions with overarching business objectives. You will need to collaborate effectively with various teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Important technical skills are C#, SQL Server, JavaScript along with Azure/AWS and you must be able to lead in a hands-on manner by demonstrating excellent coding skills and technical initiative. 

Salary is in the region of £60-70,000 plus package.
