Apprentice CAD Technician
The apprentice CAD Technician will collaborate with the team to design and develop models and drawings on various projects. They will assist in the design and build process by providing accurate and precise drawings.
Role
- Produce CAD models and engineering drawings
- Design, identify and analyse design options and selecting the appropriate design
- Communicate design information to internal and external parties
Training
- Engineering design and draughtsperson Level 3
- Design and Draughting skills, knowledge & behaviours - delivered in the workplace
- Level 3 BTEC in construction and the built Environment - Day release or remote delivery
- End Point Assesment - knowledge test, practical test and presentation/interview
There is the potential to gain full time employment within the Company as a fully qualified Engineering and Design Draughtsperson.
