Quiet Storm Digital Apprentice

Within Quiet Storm we have many roles you can develop into, which is why we make the first six weeks fast paced. Week 1 - Communication skills Week 2 - Building Client Relationships Week 3 - Introduction To Social Media Week 4 - Introduction To Design Tools Week 5 - Introduction To Coding Week 6 - Build Your First Website

Role

The work is varied and we guarantee you won't get bored, but what we have learnt is we need to 'buddy you up' with the right person, we will pair you up with a Quiet Storm team member to shadow and go to for guidance. 

Most of your training will be working on real websites, and this will be supported by the formal apprentice requirements of the course you take. 

Social Media and SEO

- Learning the basics of SEO & Analytics, Report Building and Social Media

Design

-Learning the basics of Photopea, Photoshop & Canva

- Designing & posting Social Media posts 

Coding 

- W3 Schools tutorials 

- Creating a new wordpress website using Elementor 

Communication Skills 

- Via phone calls, management of our online support inbox, face to face meetings and working alongside our core team

Building Client Relationships 

- Introduction to Storming clients, shadowing client meetings and web reviews

Here are some of the softwares you will be working with, so if you have experience already - that's great. Illustrator; Photoshop; Premier Pro; After Effects; In Design; Acrobat; Word; Excel; Powerpoint; Outlook.

Training

- Level 3 Multi Channel Marketer Apprenticeship 

- Day release to Stephenson College, Coalville 

- Functional Skills if necessary

- On-the-job training  

- Off-the-job training 

Development of skills to progress into a full-time role in Quiet Storm that is fit around the persons skills and interests. 

There are lots of possibilities in Quiet Storm for roles. A few examples are: 

- Content writing, social media, and Search Engine Optimisation

- Technical support & web development side

- Project Management & Marketing / Sales

Our key focus is developing websites and business tools as web applications. Some of our senior team started out as apprentices and have worked their way to owning shares in the business.
