This is a full-time role, based in office, at our site in Parc Menai, Bangor.

The daily responsibilities may cover a wide range of activities which combine to make a varied working day.
Duties and responsibilities:
Proposal Tracking System Roles
· Reviewing Proposals and checking proposal content
· Requesting file numbers for new projects for functional testing and Security projects
· Assist with maintaining the Proposal Tracking System (PTS) including but not limited to the following: create daily backup, review tasks/buckets, review proposals
· Liaise with Client Services, Engineering and QA about task/project status
· Help maintain existing reports and develops new reports
· Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Required skills/Experience:
- Interest and knowledge in IT - with some development experience is important
- Knowledge of either Microsoft Teams Planner, SharePoint Lists, SQL, Python and CRM would be a benefit
- Pro-active attitude including the ability to manage assigned work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with good communication skills
- Good knowledge of the English language, verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Must have excellent attention to detail
