£25,000 - £30,000 - Depending on experience

25 days leave, pension, discretionary bonus

Driving is required to travel to both locations - Milton Keynes and London

09 00 - 17 00 or 08 00 - 16 00 (Monday to Friday) 35 hours a week

Quality personnel are currently looking for a technical support administrator to join our growing client based in Kingston, Milton Keynes.

Please note our client is a financial services company and candidates would need to be able to pass a credit check.

  • System administration
  • Log and take ownership of incidents, problems and changes to the service desk
  • Technical 1st and 2nd line support
  • Asset management of the companies IT equipment
  • Manage and maintain the order management process

Competencies required;

  • Windows Operating Systems Windows Desktop, 7, 10,11, Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, Anti-Virus Software, MS Office 2016, MS 365, Remote Access Tools, VPN - Essential.
  • SharePoint, SAP, Citrix, VMWare, Veritas Backup Exec - Basic knowledge
  • Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Groups) - Basic knowledge
