1st Line IT Support Apprenticeship
Are you looking to turn your passion for IT into a career? Randstad are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Apprentice to join their team in Milton Keynes.
Role
- Provide 1st line support both onsite and remotely to assist the technical team.
- Respond to helpdesk requests and manage help desk calls, logging, and tracking issues.
- Perform hardware and software repairs in a workshop setting.
- Install hardware and software as needed.
- Document and report on network activities.
- Assist in sourcing spare parts and replacement equipment.
- Support the technical team with maintenance tasks and installations.
Training
- Level 3 IT Solutions Technician standard delivered via virtual learning platform sessions. With support from specialist trainers and 121 skills coaches and our learning platform "Aptem" where you will complete the learning on program. IT Vendor training will also be provided
