Apprentice IT Sales Support

Our client based in Borehamwood are all about making a difference to our customers with the use of technology. We are Iooking for a candidate who is interested in developing their career in a sales-driven environment. You will be working within a busy sales team, playing a vital role in providing timely and accurate data analytics and reporting.

Role

Your day to day duties will include:

  • Reporting to our Commercial Director and working within a busy sales team
  • The role will be a combination of sales support (administration, sales processing and procurement and ensuring that all sales are properly recorded and dispatched)
  • Billing queries
  • A broad range of reporting and analysis on commercial deals
  • You will be involved in discussions about industry and customer trends
  • You will be a key part of our efforts to provide best-in-class products and services to our customers

  • As well as having excellent communication skills, you have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to retain information and develop knowledge over time
  • You are happy to work in a busy office environment, able to multitask, with a logical, tenacious approach to problem resolution.
    Some previous experience using MS Excel is essential, but full training will be provided on this and all other systems
  • It is important to us that you are interested in developing your career in a sales-driven environment

Training

  • You will be completing your Level 3 IT Technical Sales apprenticeship via remit training
  • Your training will be delivered to you via our blended learning model.
  •  16 month qualification (13 months of learning and a 3-month End Point Assessment) 
  • There is good progression offered as part of this role, with potential routes into new business development, account management or more senior commercial roles

Working Week
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The position will be office based – there is free parking available and the office is within walking distance from the station.
