IT 1st Line Support Apprentice

Location: Milton Keynes (Central)
Apprenticeship Level: Level 3 IT Support Technician
Salary: £10,296 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Work Environment: Office-based

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st line support both onsite and remotely to assist the technical team.
• Respond to helpdesk requests and manage help desk calls, logging, and tracking issues.
• Perform hardware and software repairs in a workshop setting.
• Install hardware and software as needed.
• Document and report on network activities.
• Assist in sourcing spare parts and replacement equipment.
• Support the technical team with maintenance tasks and installations.
