Are you a Customer Service Supervisor who is a team player with a genuine interest in helping others and a keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy, solid administration, and IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations? We have a great opportunity for you to join our dynamic team in Newcastle upon Tyne!

The role is for a 6-month contract, and the pay is 17 - 20 per hour. It is an onsite role, and the office is located in Newcastle upon Tyne, NE27, UK. The start date is ASAP.

The role involves daily management of a team of around 10 colleagues, monitoring and reviewing individual colleagues and team progress against business objectives, and leading, motivating, praising and encouraging colleagues through open and honest communication.
