Key Details:

• Salary Range: £50,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)
• Location: Glasgow, Scotland (Fully-Onsite)
• Visa Requirement: British Citizen/Permanent Resident or Dependent Visa until 2027 (no sponsorship provided)

Job description:

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development, including proficiency in various Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Proficient in Rest API architecture and Microservices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and comfortable working in Agile environments.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-designed code that is easily testable.
• Ensure that all development adheres to specified design requirements.
• Understanding of the Banking domain, particularly Core Banking concepts.
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and experience with web servers like Apache.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Possess an analytical mindset to tackle complex problems effectively.
