System Support Engineer

Role: Systems Support Engineer

Location: Yate

Responsibilities:

• Install, upgrade, and validate computer systems.
• Provide technical support and helpdesk assistance.
• Manage client communications and resolve tickets.
• Conduct site surveys and support internal IT infrastructure.
• Perform functional testing and provide feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in Windows Server/Desktop systems and Office 365.
• Helpdesk and remote support experience.
• Knowledge of networking, Active Directory, and hardware/software support.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver's license.
