We are excited to announce an opportunity for experienced and driven individuals in the healthcare sector. We are currently seeking a dynamic Digital Programme Director to join our team on a contract basis, located in South East England.

Role Overview:

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for implementing large complex integrating IT projects within this highly-regarded healthcare organisation. Your main objective is developing new PMO structures while ensuring seamless integration of digital systems across all departments - reporting directly to MD.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing innovative strategies that meet organisational objectives
- Implementing project management best practices throughout programmes
- Leading cross-functional teams through effective communication & leadership skills
- Contributing towards strategic business planning initiatives

Qualifications Required:

The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years' experience leading high-profile technology-driven transformational change programs with proficiency in managing budgets over £50m. Experience working specifically within Healthcare or NHS sectors would also be considered advantageous.

Skills Required:

Demonstrable expertise should include but not limited to -

* Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines;
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills;
* Experience liaising executive stakeholders such as CIOs/CFOs etc.;
* Excellent interpersonal ability coupled with strong written/verbal communication capability

Rate:
£800 per day (Negotiable based on level of experience)
Outside IR35
