Requirements for Graduate Software Engineer / Developer 

  • You must have, or be expecting, a 2:1 or 1st class degree from a top tier university in Computer Science or course with high computer-science content
  • Minimum of AAB at A-Level (or equivalent UCAS points) – please ensure this is listed on your CV if applying
  • Strong programming knowledge in any main programming language such as C#, Java, C, C++ or similar
  • Natural ability to quickly pick up new technologies and programming languages
  • Enthusiastic, excellent problem-solving abilities and be keen to learn.

Responsibilities for Graduate Software Engineer / Developer:

  • You will be programming predominantly in C# (prior experience not required - they look for talented programmers who can quickly learn any language)
  • Focus on creating innovative software solutions to enhance a suite of tools for electronics testing.
  • Take responsibility for the complete development lifecycle, ensuring features are well-defined, timely developed, and properly tested.
  • Enhance software quality through automated tests, peer reviews, and incorporating customer feedback.
  • Collaborate in a flexible team that engages in all phases of software development, from initial research and proof-of-concept to providing customer support.
